Each recording includes a 15-20 minute curated musical journey for free-flow dancing followed by a 10-minute guided meditation. There is also a separate recording with an overview and instructions for you to listen to first. 

One 3-pack is for single use. Although this is a digital download, please purchase multiple packs if you plan to give them to friends and family. This makes a wonderfully unique holiday gift!
